Fichtner was contracted by Isa Intercolombia on behalf of Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. E.S.P. to review ISA's technical specifications and design criteria for underground transmission lines and high-voltage electrical substations, as well as to compare the design criteria applied to the UPME 06-2018 Nueva Subestación El Río 220 kV project as well as the associated transmission lines.
