Fichtner was engaged by Ardian France to provide technical assistance subsequent to repowering of the two Tacna and Panamericana solar PV power plants in Peru, undertaken by Solarpack. Fichtner reviews Solarpack’s quality assurance plan covering PV module procurement and replacement as well as testing and commissioning. Further, Fichtner reviews the test procedures and flash list after repowering and recommends additional tests, as well as witnessing the site acceptance tests.
